Rules for payment of fee

The school fee is subject to change from time to time. The fee is to be paid quarterly in advance by the 20th of the first month of the quarter, i.e.,
April, May, June – 5 April – 20 April
July, August, September – 5 July – 20 July
October, November, December – 5 October– 20 October
January, February, March – 5 January – 20 January
Fee will not be accepted after the due dates. The school fee for the whole academic year also can be deposited in advance
A fine of Rs.200/- per quarter will be charged in case of default.
Students are liable to be charged the full fee as long as their names are officially on the school rolls. The school fee once paid will not be refunded on any account.
No reduction or remission of the fee may be claimed on account of holidays or absence through illness or for any other reason.
The school will not be responsible for the loss of fee by any student or parents/guardians within the school premises or outside.
A month's notice or a month's fee in lieu thereof is required before the withdrawal of a student.
The fee booklet should be kept carefully and be completely filled while submitting the fee.
Once the admission, activity and miscellaneous fee has been paid, it will not be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn.
